Laurel Eastman Kiteboarding (LEK) is a kiteboarding school on Cabarete Beach founded in 2003 by professional kiteboarder Laurel Eastman, originally from California. It is a fully accredited IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) center with multilingual instructors, operating out of the Millennium Resort and Spa, and also offers surfing, kayaking, boogie boarding, and snorkeling.
